There are considerable advancements in medical health care recent years, resulting a rising older population. As the workforce for such population is not keeping pace, there an urgent need to address this problem. Having robots stimulating recreational activities adults can reduce workload caretakers and give them time emotional needs of elderly. In paper, we investigate effects humanoid social robot Nadine as activity host We propose evaluate by placing nursing home caretaker where she hosts bingo game. record sessions with without understand difference acceptance these two scenarios. use computer vision methods analyse elderly detect emotions their involvement Our results present positive enforcement during activity, Bingo, presence Nadine.
